• Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. 

  • If the cancellation is done within 24 hours of payment. 

  • This cancellation must also be done 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

         In these two cases, a whole refund can be processed.

• Not abiding by these two cases will result in a cancellation fee of minimum of 5% or above according to how late the cancellation takes place.
